Add conference... what is that? To put it in the words of the add team:
"The 'add conference' is THE FESTIVAL for creative minds."
The creative event between trade fair and festival enlivened the HdM campus on 6 June. The annual event is now in its ninth round and is an important showcase for the participating degree programmes every year.
The add conference is an event organised by students for students - the add team 2025 consisted of around 80 students. The Werbung und Marktkommunikation (B.A.), Unternehmenskommunikation (M.A.) and Medienmanagement (M.A.) degree programmes were involved. Students from the Audiovisuelle Medien programme (B.A. / M.A.) provided active support.
The add conference 2025 offered a wide range of speaker presentations, networking, catering, goodies and workshops.



"addRENALINE - feel the creative rush"
From the decorations to the goodie bags and the topics of the speaker presentations: This year, the add was all about the "creative rush". Energetic creativity flowed through the entire event. Future ideas and opportunities for innovation were discussed in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. The add conference thus provides an important impetus for all media professionals who want to live out their creativity professionally.



Exciting lectures
In the Audimax, guests were able to soak up captivating content input. The invited experts shared their knowledge in stimulating speaker presentations and inspired the audience to get into the creative rush. The talks, interviews and panel discussions covered a wide range of topics. From the influence of fragrances in marketing to the question of how to make a breakthrough in the film industry... the add conference shone with diverse and special creative topics,Jens E. Workshops and networking
Guests were able to experience the Creative Rush at first hand in four workshops. The workshop topics were as exciting as they were practical: "Strategy meets Adrenaline", "Creating a Performance Marketing Campaign", "Platform Building in Influencer Marketing" and "CUSTOMGPT".
The workshops were organised by four agencies and companies, namelyAccenture Song,Panama Werbeagentur GmbH, Globalist GmbH and Hubert Burda Media.
The networking event gave students and professionals the chance to talk to each other and get to know each other. Networking was possible with professionals from the companies and agencies0711 - Original since 1996,DIE CREW AG,Jung von Matt,follow red GmbH, Hubert Burda Media,Rocket X,Panama Werbeagentur GmbH,Eberle Advertising Agency,HUGO BOSS,Globalist GmbH,Scholz & Friends,LIGANOVA,Banauten GmbH.

Atmosphere and activities
In addition to the official programme, the guests were provided with delicious food and entertainment. The catering consisted of a wide range of fruit, sandwiches, potato salad, coffee, cake and more.
Guests were able to express their creativity by making bracelets. A table football game, an oversized Match 4 game and a photo box provided an immense fun factor. A DJ's performance at the Talk & Drink rounded off the convivial atmosphere. The add conference concluded with an after-party not far from the HdM grounds.
