WM offers a wide range of opportunities for cooperation.

The Werbung und Marktkommunikation degree programme values close cooperation with the industry.
Communication projects, excursions, workshops and events - our students are extremely committed to realising practical projects with external partners and gaining up-to-date insights into the communication work of agencies, companies or institutions.
We look forward to receiving challenging enquiries. We are happy to discuss ideas and possible collaborations.
On this page, we show the types of cooperation that have been established in recent years.

Projects
The Werbung und Marktkommunikation degree programme offers the opportunity to carry out projects in the fields of advertising, public relations, marketing, market communication and market research. The collaborations take place in time-limited projects that students carry out for external partners under the guidance of professors. Coordinated, more extensive tasks or individual tasks are usually carried out in teams. In this way, the degree programme generates a transfer of knowledge to practice.
Please note that projects start at the beginning of each semester (March/October). If you are interested in cooperating with us, please contact the Dean of Studies WM, Prof Gabriele Kille, with sufficient advance notice.

Workshops
At irregular intervals, the Advertising und Marktkommunikation degree programme offers practical workshops on various topics, which are usually conducted by external lecturers or WM alumni.
The dates can be scheduled individually by arrangement, but are based on the structure of the lecture period.
If you would like to offer a workshop on topics related to your degree programme or would like more information, please contact the Dean of Studies, Prof. Gabriele Kille, or the relevant professor directly.

Excursions
We would be happy to get to know you as part of an excursion. We plan several excursions to agencies or companies in the Stuttgart area throughout the semester. If time and organisation permit, we also organise excursions lasting several days with small student teams and put together interesting programmes at attractive media locations.
However, it doesn't always have to be an on-site visit. In the past, we have also organised a large number of different virtual excursions with great success and pleasure.
If you would like to organise an excursion or would like more information, please contact Marion Kisling by e-mail.

Events
add conference
The "add conference" is an event organised by the Advertising and Marktkommunikation degree programme and takes place once a year (summer semester). It centers on relevant and innovative topics. The event offers valuable insights and contacts to the students, companies, agencies as well as the university, its professors and the degree programme.
Contact persons for the "add conference" are Prof Dr Sebastian Wolf and Julia Nanakin.
GWA Junior Agency Award
The GWA Junior Agency Award is a competition for young talent in the university sector. The Advertising und Marktkommunikation degree programme regularly participates in the Junior Agency Award with a student team in cooperation with a GWA agency and a real project. In addition, the Werbung und Marktkommunikation has already taken on the role of host university several times in collaboration with the university.
The contact person for the GWA Junior Award is the Dean of Studies WM, Prof Gabriele Kille.
Further possibilities for cooperation.

Starter day
We welcome our students back into the new semester with the starter day at the beginning of the semester. We also give new first-semester students an excellent overview of the exciting opportunities on the degree programme. The best projects from the previous semester are presented here. They are judged at the end by a jury from the field.
