Students on the Werbung und Marktkommunikation course spent an impressive morning at the Zum Golden Hirschen SSW agency on Friday, 9 May 2025. Jonas Schwan (Strategy) and Luca Falzone (Creation/Text) invited the guests from the Hochschule der Medien to get to know the Stuttgart team at Hirschen.
Jonas Schwan, who was associated with the WM degree programme as a lecturer for many semesters, and Luca Falzone, himself a WM alumnus, organised a varied, interactive and entertaining excursion with their Hirschen colleagues.
ZgHSSW in brief
After being served the best coffee specialities, the guests were able to find out all the important facts about the agency Zum Golden Hirschen SSW, the structure of the entire Hirschen Group and how it is embedded in the WWP Group. Working methods, competences, cross-location opportunities and synergies, client portfolio and exemplary cases gave the students a comprehensive overview. With the support of their colleagues Marie-Louise Adrion (Consulting) and Lydia Schwab (Strategy), the two of them took an in-depth look at the agency's special features, its focus and day-to-day work, which is characterised by the agency's actively practised values
ZgHSSW Brainstorming Workshop
After this informative and impressive input, the visitors from the university were able to get creative themselves. In different teams, they immersed themselves in finding ideas for practical tasks. They were able to familiarise themselves with real tasks both in the creative process and by exchanging results with each other.
Job profiles and opportunities
What specific careers are there with the stags? What opportunities are there to become part of the pack yourself? And what are the experts' basic tips for students and future career starters?
A wide variety of ZgHSSW team members introduced themselves, outlined their careers, developments and current areas of work and were able to respond directly to the students' questions. Further information and experiences could be exchanged afterwards over pizza and drinks - valuable tips included!

We would like to thank Jonas Schwan and Luca Falzone for inviting us to this exciting visit. And of course we would also like to thank everyone else involved in the Stuttgart Hirschen-Rudel for their time, attention and the opportunity to get to know each other. Of course, we would also like to thank you for the breakfast, the invitation to pizza and the creative Hirschen goodies! We will definitely take away valuable experience from this meeting with so many nice people. And we were also pleased to be able to rekindle existing contacts and make new ones.
