Course content:
Teaching the scientific principles of communication strategy and conception and marketing management. Development of effective communication solutions and application of marketing methods. Sound judgements and convincing presentation of complex brand management issues. Improvement of cooperative working methods and reflection on team behaviour.

Objective of the "CUBY" project
The CUBY cube is a small, inconspicuous cube that changes colour on contact with GHB, one of the most common knockout drops. Simply placed in the drink, it provides a visual warning within seconds and can thus prevent life-threatening situations. Make partying safe again!

Task of the project
Have you had a promising business idea for some time and would perhaps like to set up a start-up? Now is exactly the right time! You will have the opportunity to present your idea in the Lion's Cage. You have 10 minutes to impress the jury with your marketing case and win the start-up capital of € 1,000. This will be provided by Stephen Schuster and the HdM Start-up Centre (Sand Box or Advance). Make a convincing business pitch with creativity, strategy and customer focus. Pay attention not only to the content but also to the type of presentation.

Solution and team
Brainstorming on current problems (pain points). Allocation of various work packages to group members, taking deadlines into account. Consultation in weekly meetings. Feedback sessions and preparation for the pitch.
